


I greet everyone very warmly and with positive vibes on my blog which I am currently creating for you.
First a few words about me, I hope you can survive this section without yawning ;)
A long time ago (I am 40 but for some that's already old) I became a wife and mum of my fabolous two (a boy and a girl) it couldn't have been more beautiful. I have always been physically active but over time my body and mind were looking for something more and that's the time where I found yoga. I have been practicing it for over 10 years and I must admit that it would be hard for me to live without it. Yoga taught me distance and acceptance, as a bonus I even got stretched muscles. With time my children also invited it into their very busy lives. I was like Wow!! Now they will have super muscles and distant minds. It made me very proud of myself that I could install something so useful in them without forcing. It was a bit worse with the practice when I wanted to focus on breathing and preforming the pose in the right way, kids were acting silly, tripping and doing every pose in their own, unique way. So I had to find another way to practice yoga together.
Guess what I came across?
Yes, yoga created specialy for children (just for children!!!) I liked the idea so much that I wanted to do it professionally with all my heart (I hope I haven't gone crazy)
I never thought that yoga practise could be done in the form of fun with various games and silly music.
As you probably guessed I'm just starting and I am doing everything in my power to have the best time with your children too.
Through the blog I will be able to share the wonderful effects of yoga on your children, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. I will suggest some interesting books, games and places where you can spend a beautiful time with your family. I will try to make you rest, relax and gain some distance from everyday life.
I hope that everyone will find something for themself.
